Public Transport Authority awarded a contract to Signarama Joondalup (RARA Marketing Pty Ltd) for the provision of a corporate wardrobe for employees of the Transport Portfolio agencies — the Department of Transport (DoT), Public Transport Authority (PTA) and Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA).

The single-contractor arrangement was established under a Multi-User Cooperative Procurement Arrangement (CPA) to supply office-appropriate corporate apparel (including trousers, shirts, jackets, skirts and similar items) and to enable employees from any of the three agencies to order garments in accordance with their agency corporate apparel policies and with the relevant logo for their work location.

The arrangement allowed direct invoicing to the relevant agency and was structured similarly to Common Use Arrangements, using an order form and a standing Head Agreement.

The arrangement also permitted staff located in Portfolio Units (Transwa, Office of Major Transport Infrastructure Delivery (OMTID), Land and Property Services (LPS), and Aboriginal Engagement and Employment (AEE)) to place orders in accordance with their agency policies.
