About
Health Support Services awarded a contract to CDM Australia (CDM Australia Pty Ltd) for the provision of post-warranty maintenance and support of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) hardware and associated software.
The supported hardware underpins critical ICT systems including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Distribution points, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, and ESXi hosts across the WA health system, as well as the Enterprise Compute Platform at Perth Children's Hospital.
The contractor is responsible for prompt resolution of hardware issues, provision of software updates, and ensuring the customer remains within HPE support boundaries.
The contract allows flexibility to add or remove HPE hardware and associated software as needed.
This contract reflects the ongoing reliance on HPE infrastructure within WA Health and the need for specialized third-party support to maintain critical systems post-warranty.
