Health Support Services awarded a contract to Kiandra IT Pty Ltd for software development services to build the WA Virtual Emergency Department (WAVED) Forms and Workflow solution on the OutSystems Low Code Platform.

The contract supplied 1 x Principal Developer and 1 x Senior Developer to augment an HSS hybrid project team (which included a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Solution Architect and 1 x Senior Developer) to work as 'One Team' under HSS direction.

Resources were required to be available to start the first week of December 2024 and finish at the end of June 2025, with the ability for HSS to ramp resources up or down depending on demand and approved budget.

Deliverables included developed code that had been unit tested, passed functional, non-functional and integration testing, and addressed cyber security considerations by passing penetration testing prior to production; the developed solution was to be accepted by the Product Owner as meeting requirements, free from defects and meeting Hypercare exit criteria.
