About

Department of Logistics and Infrastructure awarded a contract to Enfra (DRW) Pty Ltd for the replacement of the main electrical switchboard at the Alice Springs Hospital Engineers Department.

The contract covered site preparation and demolition/removal of the existing main electrical switchboard, existing 1MVA high-voltage transformers and associated cabling and control systems.

It included supply, installation and commissioning of new replacement electrical switchboards, staged installation of replacement 1.5MVA high-voltage transformers and associated cabling, controls, power protection systems and BMS communication systems.

The scope also included new lighting and associated building works, obtaining required building permits and delivery of handover documentation.
