About
Department of Health (Royal Street) awarded a contract to Aboriginal Health Council of Western Australia for the provision of effective and efficient health services to the WA Aboriginal Community, supporting strategic initiatives for long, well, and healthy lives.
The service agreement includes four components: Corporate and Clinical Governance; Cultural Security, Strategic Policy, Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement; Workforce Development; and Secretariat Support for the WA Aboriginal Health Ethics Committee.
This contract consolidates multiple support functions under a single Aboriginal community-controlled organization, reflecting a strategic approach to culturally secure health service delivery.
