Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage awarded a contract to Prompt Contracting & Fencing for the supply and installation of perimeter (security) fencing and access gates at Lot 2898 Dampier Road, Stove Hill.
The works covered a site of approximately 14.15 hectares and involved erection of security fencing and access gates around the property's perimeter.
The site graded from approximately reduced level (RL) 20 m Australian Height Datum (AHD) on the southern boundary to RL 14 m AHD at the northern end and was bounded to the east and west by drainage ditches; these site characteristics were included in the project scope.
The contract was awarded to a specialist fencing contractor and addressed perimeter security and access control for a sizable, gently graded site with bordering drainage features, which were explicitly referenced in the scope.
