About

South Metropolitan Health Service awarded a contract to ELA - Electro Acoustic Company PTY LTD for the supply and installation of a Real-Time Location System (RTLS) personal duress system covering the Emergency Department at Peel Health Campus.

The system includes 50 pendants with 3-meter accuracy and cubicle differentiation, 3 display interfaces, a head-end setup integrated with existing rack and paging system, UPS backup, and capacity for 20% expansion.

Installation and staff training were included.
