About
Victoria Police awarded a contract to Dex Audio Pty.
Limited for the provision of DVDs used in their Digital Evidence Capture (DEC) equipment, which records interviews directly onto DVD master copies.
The discs are packaged in multiples of three with distinct labeling and color to assist police investigators in identifying which copy should be provided to whom.
This contract highlights the ongoing reliance on physical media for evidence management in law enforcement, despite the broader shift toward digital storage solutions.
