Department of Logistics and Infrastructure awarded a contract to Precision Group (NT) Pty Ltd as Trustee for the C Kantros Family Trust for the design and construction of a new Annex security room to meet Zone 4 requirements at the Peter McAulay Centre in Darwin.

The contract scope included design "for construction" and "as constructed" drawings utilising a concept design; demolition of internal walls; construction of new internal walls; mechanical works; electrical works; security system works; and certification.

All works were completed under Zone 4 police requirements.
