About

DFAT is seeking a supplier for the Australian Infrastructure Financing Facility for the Pacific (AIFFP) Support Facility to provide specialist technical expertise, advisory services and surge support to assist in delivering the AIFFP's infrastructure investment portfolio across the Pacific and Timor-Leste. The Support Facility will back project development and implementation by providing engineering, procurement, project management, financial, safeguards, communications, monitoring and evaluation and other specialist services, working in partnership with DFAT to ensure AIFFP investments are effectively prepared, procured, delivered and monitored while promoting quality infrastructure, climate resilience, local participation, social inclusion and sustainable development outcomes.

This could be valuable for providers of multidisciplinary technical and advisory services (engineering, procurement, project management, finance, safeguards, communications, M&E) with capacity to supply surge support across the Pacific and Timor-Leste. Key considerations include delivering across multiple countries while meeting climate resilience, local participation, social inclusion and sustainable development objectives and coordinating closely with DFAT on project preparation, procurement, delivery and monitoring.
