About

Capital Facilities and Infrastructure (CFI) branch is seeking a supplier for a Commonwealth-funded Alternate Energy Solution (AES) for DARC to supplement the power provided by the existing DARC diesel power station. The project has an approved or estimated capital value of $80,000,000–$100,000,000 and is intended to deliver a solar array and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) specified to achieve no less than a 43% renewable energy mix, with opportunities to increase the renewable share to be explored through the design development process.
