The City of Greater Bendigo is seeking suitably accredited and qualified service providers to supply, under a Schedule of Rates arrangement, annual inspection, servicing, reporting and advisory services to ensure essential safety measures (ESM) compliance for public buildings and other nominated occupancies for which the City is responsible. This is a three‑year contract with an optional one x two‑year extension. A tender briefing will be held on Monday 07 September 2026 at 10:00am in person at Galkangu, Bendigo Gov Hub, 195–229 Lyttleton Tce Bendigo and online via Microsoft Teams; you must register to attend.
