About

Inner West Council is seeking a contractor to provide Design & Construct (D&C) services including all design, certification, construction, commissioning and handover for the amenities building renewal and landscaping at Birchgrove Park (Birchgrove Oval). The facility is in regular use by local sporting clubs including Balmain & District Football Club, Balmain and District Junior Rugby League Club, and Sydney Cricket Club. Architects Stanning Harding have prepared an architectural concept plan and 50% detailed design for structural works, hydraulic services and landscaping; 100% detail designs for kitchen joinery and electrical services are being finalised and will be issued as an addendum to the RFT before close of tender. A contractor is required to complete all design, issue for-construction drawings and complete the renewal works. Closing date: 29/Jun/2026 10:00 AM (UTC+10:00). Reference: VP511741.
