Glen Eira City Council is seeking contractors for two construction components within Murrumbeena Park Reserve: Section A – Passive Open Space Construction, converting the existing Bute Street carpark to passive open space including landscape, drainage, furniture, paths and associated civil works; and Section B – Multipurpose Court Construction, building a multipurpose basketball and netball court south of Murrumbeena Park Pavilion including associated civil, drainage, lighting, fencing, landscape and ancillary works. Tenderers may submit for one or both sections, with each section independently evaluated and awarded.
