About

Economic Development Queensland is seeking a contractor for civil construction services related to the development of the Kalkadoon Industrial Estate in Mount Isa. This includes constructing a new road, installing drainage systems and water connections, performing minor bulk earthworks, and clearing a swale drainage system to manage overgrowth. Subject to budget, the installation of electrical connections may also be required. The project is expected to start in early September and conclude by March 2026. The mandatory site inspection and briefing are scheduled for August 18, 2025, at Kilara Cres, Kalkadoon Industrial Estate. Interested suppliers must register via email.
