About

Sunshine Coast Council is seeking a Principal Contractor to manage, supervise and undertake construction of a new Town Square on the corner of Bulcock Street and Otranto Avenue, Caloundra, on the site of the former Council administration building. The scope includes extensive landscaping and construction of a new pavilion, event lawn, accessible pathways and embellishments, with construction works covering civil and landscaping works, architectural and structural works, hydraulic and electrical infrastructure, and signage and wayfinding. The Council intends to appoint one Principal Contractor to provide all materials, plant and labour and to perform all operations necessary to complete the contract. Closing date: 27/Oct/2026 12:00 PM (Brisbane time).
