About

Sunshine Coast Council is seeking a suitably qualified Principal Contractor to construct approximately 200 linear metres of coastal pathway along the Esplanade Headland at Kings Beach, including concrete pathway construction, retaining walls and car park works. The scope of works includes concrete pathway construction, drainage, landscape works (hardscape, furniture installation and planting), lighting and electrical work, installation of memorial plaques, traffic and pedestrian management, site management (environmental, WH&S and sub-contractor management), and a maintenance and defects liability period. The successful contractor must supply all materials, plant, equipment and labour necessary to complete the contract. Closing date: 27/Oct/2026 12:00 PM (Brisbane time).
