The University of the Sunshine Coast is seeking a contractor to deliver civil upgrades to Carpark 17, Carpark 2 and the pedestrian pathway between Building B and the Internal Ring Road at Sippy Downs as part of its Asset Renewal Programme. The project will renew deteriorated car parks and pathway assets to maintain functionality, improve accessibility and reduce ongoing maintenance, and will be delivered under a Design and Construct model; UniSC will provide baseline geotechnical and survey information for reference only and the contractor must verify all information and will be responsible for the completeness, coordination, certification and constructability of the final design solution.
