About

Toowoomba Regional Council is seeking a supplier for client-side project advisory services for the Toowoomba Regional Art Gallery (TRAG) Remediation Project. The Council-owned, heritage-listed gallery has experienced ongoing condition issues including water ingress and environmental control failures that have affected its ability to safely house the collection and support gallery operations; following a significant weather event in November 2025 the gallery was closed and the collection relocated to off-site storage. Council has completed investigations and commissioned a Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) study to identify remediation options, risks and potential delivery pathways, and the project will progress through a staged approach including design development and construction to restore the facility to an operational standard.
