Tender: Community Support Services for Workers Compensation Claimants — NSW & ACT

icare is seeking a supplier for the Community Support Services program to support any worker with a workers compensation claim who is experiencing financial hardship, housing instability, social isolation or mental health challenges. The provider will receive calls directed from icare’s 13 47 15 number, triage new participants prior to referral to an appropriately skilled consultant, and bill/invoice Claims Service Providers monthly for services provided to individual participants. Services must be delivered across New South Wales and the ACT, including metropolitan, regional and rural areas, with capacity for face-to-face delivery where requested, practical and feasible, and for support via a secure meeting video platform, phone and email; a small number of participants may require access to support in other states via phone or secure video. Respondents must demonstrate internal networks and the ability to provide tailored service across all of NSW and, where required, interstate, and describe servicing options and any coverage gaps and how they would be addressed.
