About

Defence Housing Australia is seeking a residential building contractor to undertake the design, approval and construction of eighteen (18) residential dwellings in Googong, New South Wales. Tenders are invited from suitably qualified, licensed, experienced and financially capable residential building contractors. This Request for Tender is issued through AusTender to notify suppliers, and DHA states it is not required to comply with the Commonwealth Procurement Framework or Commonwealth Procurement Rules, so aspects of the RFT and tender process may not be consistent with the CPRs.
