Palm Island Aboriginal Shire Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced tenderers to undertake the design and construction of the Palm Island Waste Transfer Facility. The works comprise completion of detailed design and all investigations, approvals and certifications, procurement, supply, construction, services and utility connections, testing, commissioning, handover and close-out to deliver a complete and operational Waste Transfer Facility in accordance with Part B – Specification. The Invitation to Tender also includes the Men's Shed as separately priced Optional Works that the Council may elect to include, at its sole discretion and subject to funding availability; pricing or availability of the Optional Works does not alter the Tenderer's obligation to submit a complete and conforming Tender for the mandatory Waste Transfer Facility works.
