Whittlesea City Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to provide design services for the Alkira Sports Reserve in Wollert, including site investigations, concept design, design development, planning permit application, detailed design, contract documentation and contract support services including the defects liability period for delivery of all elements outlined in the draft Alkira Reserve Masterplan.
