About

Blue Mountains Botanic Garden is seeking experienced accommodation operators to design, fund, deliver and operate nature-based accommodation at Mount Tomah. The Expression of Interest covers three potential accommodation areas (Jungle Lodge Area, Conservation Area and Sunrise Area) and respondents may propose for one, two or all three locations. Proposals may include innovative concepts such as eco-cabins, glamping, tiny homes, treehouse-style accommodation or other nature-based models. The successful operator(s) will be responsible for all aspects of the offering, including design, approvals, infrastructure, guest services, operations, maintenance, marketing, reservations and ongoing management. This Expression of Interest is the first stage of a proposed two-stage process to identify capable operators and inform any subsequent procurement or negotiation.
