GRDC is seeking a service provider to develop a Community Trust Collaboration Blueprint for the Australian grains industry, to be delivered by December 2027. The provider will conduct stakeholder analysis, mapping and consultation, bring grains industry stakeholders including peak bodies together to define community trust and specify outcomes, map and prioritise stakeholders and define roles, responsibilities and best practices for trust building, capture outcomes from a stakeholder workshop, use existing resources to define a quantitative trust baseline and model trust drivers, review existing information and consultancies to inform investment structure, and draft a GRDC position statement outlining responsibilities and scope aligned to the blueprint. The blueprint will guide GRDC involvement and future activities such as a data and insights program, a pilot industry communication development program and education-based activities, and requires multi-stakeholder ownership to succeed.
