The Principal is seeking a supplier for a modern, secure, scalable and supported Digital Experience Platform (DXP) to host, manage and enhance two digital services: the RailSafe Progressive Web Application (RailSafe PWA) and the Digital Protection Officer Workbook (DPOWB). The selected supplier will provide DXP software licensing/subscription services, implementation and configuration, hosting and managed platform services, integration, security and compliance services, ongoing support and maintenance, knowledge transfer and training, and transition-in and transition-out services. The solution must support the NSW Government's digital, security, accessibility and cloud-first principles while providing a high-quality user experience across multiple devices and operating environments.
