DIT is seeking an accredited provider to deliver influenza vaccinations (and other vaccines where required) to Department staff on a voluntary basis. Vaccinations must be administered at nominated Department sites across the Adelaide CBD and metropolitan Adelaide or via nominated certified chemists around the State, delivered at an agreed timeframe and prior to the commencement of the influenza season each year. The supplier must provide an online booking system with reminders, the ability to cancel appointments, vaccination confirmation documentation and the capability to automatically update participants’ MyGOV Immunisation records, while maintaining employee information confidentiality. The proposed base contract term is three years with two 12-month extension options.
