About

Homes NSW is seeking a CHP or consortium led by a NSW Tier 1 CHP to develop, deliver and operate the CHP Partnership Project in Camden via a single-stage RFP; the Preferred CHP will undertake development management services, procure a builder and deliver the project to practical completion while retaining ongoing long-term management rights after completion, with Homes NSW providing support through delivery including funding arrangements and planning approvals and the Project seeking to leverage Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF) funding to support social and affordable housing outcomes.
