The project aims to replace the existing damaged and non‑functioning operable louvre system with a more durable, long‑term, low‑maintenance solution that complies with all relevant standards, codes and legislation, improves the building façade within the project scope and reduces projectile and slip/trip/fall risks along the external staff walkway.
