About

The District Council of Elliston is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy to provide integrated statutory planning and building assessment and certification services from June 2026 to June 2029, with an option to extend for a further two years. The Council, a regional coastal local government authority operating under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 (SA), requires external support to deliver planning and building assessment services; the successful consultant will operate under delegation from the Regional Assessment Manager, prepare reports for the Regional Assessment Panel, act as an extension of Council’s internal team, and deliver services under a schedule of hourly rates with disbursement reimbursement and performance-based service expectations. The services are offered as separable portions including Planning Services, Building Services and other associated components, and tenderers may bid for the entirety or one or more separable portions.
