About

Sunshine Coast Council is seeking a supplier to establish and operate a café within the Aura Lagoon and Parklands Caloundra South precinct. Operations will commence following execution of the lease and acceptance of the lease area by Council, currently anticipated for April 2027. The lettable kiosk area is 50 m² and is offered as a cold shell, requiring the successful lessee to undertake all internal design and fit-out obligations; an outdoor seating area will be confirmed once construction and the survey plan are completed. The operator must provide café services seven days a week during daylight hours with substantial dine-in and takeaway options, present a menu that caters to varying dietary requirements, and offer food and service reflective of the lagoon environment.
