Penrith City Council is seeking a supplier for a self-sufficient mobile barista and coffee service to attend Village Café sessions on Thursday mornings from February to November 2027, rotating between Kingswood, North St Marys and Llandilo. The successful supplier must attend all Village Café sessions, operate as a van/cart/trailer with its own generator, provide beverages for a range of dietary requirements including coffee, alternative milks, tea, hot chocolate and fruit juice, offer iced coffees in warm weather, participate in quarterly impact measurement and reporting as requested by Council, and build positive rapport with residents.
