About

WorkSafe is seeking a supplier for the lease, provision, installation, and ongoing servicing of 29 commercial-grade coffee machines, along with a regular supply of coffee consumables across 15 locations as specified. The supplier will deliver staff training (initial and as needed), complete preventative maintenance and servicing, and meet response time targets for breakdowns and faults. Machines must be suitable for medium to high usage in line with location volumes and bench specifications, easy to operate and maintain, capable of producing a variety of hot beverages (including espresso, cappuccino, latte, hot chocolate, and chai), utilise fresh milk, and be available in both plumbed-in and standalone options based on location needs. The proposed contract term is three years with one two-year extension option.
