About

The Defence Science and Technology Group (DSTG), Land and Integrated Force Division, is seeking engagement with industry and academia to identify existing and emerging technologies that could contribute to future Defence lighterage capabilities supporting littoral manoeuvre and ship-to-shore connectivity. For this request, lighterage solutions are defined broadly to include any concept capable of delivering the required wet gap crossing effect, such as vessels, vehicles, bottom stabilised or supported solutions, bridging systems, ramps, floating piers, causeways, or other novel concepts and enabling technologies.
