About

Capital Facilities and Infrastructure Branch (CFI), within the Department of Defence, is seeking a managing contractor to deliver Work Package 2.1 to establish a new logistics node comprising multiple precincts in the southwest corner of RAAF Base Learmonth, Western Australia. The Project is part of the Theatre Logistics Estate program under the Defence Infrastructure Panel – Major Construction and, as it is valued over $200 million, CFI has shortlisted companies from that panel to participate in the Managing Contractor procurement; the Request for Tender was released to shortlisted companies on 1 October 2026.
