Commonwealth is seeking leased office accommodation of 700 to 900 square metres NLA on the ground floor, with a minimum of two secure covered car parks including one EV charger, suitable for customer service delivery. The area may be adjusted by plus or minus 10% and must be located within Chermside or surrounding localities as shown on the Location Map, preferably close to commercial and retail precincts with good public transport and parking access. The preferred lease term is seven years with two options of three years each, with lease and operational commencement no later than 1 August 2027 and early access from 1 July 2027. Premises must be Minimum Grade 'A' office design per the Property Council of Australia 2019 guide, DDA compliant with 24/7 security and staff access, and meet Commonwealth energy and sustainability requirements including the Net Zero in Government Operations Strategy, a 5.5 NABERS rating, an all-electric building and space for solar panels for tenancy use.
