About

Mount Barker District Council is seeking a supplier for Stage 1A early civil and bulk earthworks at the City Centre Precinct, a parcel of approximately 1.2 hectares in the heart of Mount Barker bordered by Druids Avenue, Hutchinson, Morphett and Stephen Streets. The scope includes site stripping and grubbing of vegetation; stripping and stockpiling topsoil for potential reuse; excavation to design levels with stockpiling of suitable material and disposal of unsuitable material; importing additional material as required; and conditioning, placing and compacting all materials to achieve new design levels under Level 1 supervision.
