About
The Department of Housing and Public Works is seeking a supplier to provide Property and Tenancy Management (PTM) services and onsite specialist case management support at two Temporary Supported Accommodation sites: Fraser Coast Temporary Supported Accommodation at 5 Rose Street, Pialba (26 TSA places) and Ipswich Temporary Supported Accommodation at 39 The Terrace, North Ipswich (24 TSA places). The properties will operate as Immediate Supported Accommodation (ISA) for single adults and adult couples who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, and the department is procuring Queensland-funded Specialist Homelessness Service (SHS) suppliers under the Homelessness Program to fully operate the PTM services and provide the onsite specialist case management; the operational model is comprised of two service components.
