About

Armidale Regional Council is seeking a suitably experienced civil contractor to undertake the replacement of the Oaky River Bridge on Wakefield Road, Wollomombi. The project includes installation of a Principal-provided temporary bridge, demolition of the existing timber bridge and the supply and installation of a single span propriety low-cost structure, including all associated works. A pre-tender briefing will be held on site at Oaky River, Wakefield Road, Wollomombi (approximately 54 km east of Armidale) on 29 October 2026 commencing at 10:00 a.m.; attendance is not mandatory but is highly recommended and attendees should register their intention to attend by contacting the Project Manager Adam Bashford at [email protected].
