Metro North Hospital and Health Service is seeking a principal contractor to replace essential engineering infrastructure at The Prince Charles Hospital campus, specifically the standby generation, main low voltage (LV) distribution and the central chilled water plant. The work covers systems that serve the whole operational hospital campus and must remain in service or be supported by equivalent temporary capacity for the duration of the works. All activities will be undertaken within a live, occupied clinical environment operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with no acceptable unplanned loss of essential power or cooling to clinical services. MNHHS requests expressions of interest detailing market interest, capability and capacity to deliver these works in the principal contractor role and details of previous or current service delivery arrangements if applicable.
