About
Metro North Health is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced principal contractor to expand and refurbish the Transit Lounge at The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH) and the Discharge Transit Centre at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH) to improve patient flow and support timely discharge. The TPCH project will increase capacity from 16 to 24 treatment spaces and the RBWH project will increase capacity from 29 to a minimum of 46 treatment spaces. Work must be delivered in accordance with the Principal’s approved design documentation, project requirements and applicable statutory and healthcare standards. Tenderers may submit offers for either project or both; each project will be evaluated separately and MNH may appoint one contractor for both projects or separate contractors. Closing date: 06/Oct/2026 02:00 PM (Brisbane time).
