About

Shire of Murray is seeking a suitably qualified multidisciplinary consultant team to review and update the Murray Aquatic and Leisure Centre Masterplan 2016 and prepare a contemporary, staged redevelopment and investment strategy for the Centre located at 16 Camp Road, Pinjarra, Western Australia. The scope includes a strategic review and update of the existing Masterplan, preparation of a staged redevelopment strategy and implementation framework, operational feasibility assessment, a supporting business case and investment strategy, and concept designs and preliminary construction cost estimates for prioritised Stage 1 redevelopment works. The Shire is seeking completion of the project by June 2027 where practicable, with the preferred Masterplan, staging and indicative high-level capital costs sufficiently advanced by May 2027 to support preliminary advocacy and forward pl...
