About

Games Independent Infrastructure&Coordination Ath is seeking an Early Works Contractor to plan, design and deliver deconstruction and demolition works, earthworks and associated activities at the Sunshine Coast Stadium site. The scope includes removal of existing structures within the proposed footprint of the main works, isolation of services, removal of excess fill, demolition of the existing western grandstand, plaza pavements and redundant services, partial site levelling, stockpiling of suitable material and removal of approximately 17,000 m³ of material from the eastern mound; the contractor will provide all labour, plant, materials, temporary works, supervision, permits, approvals, subcontractors and services.
