Tender: Supply of Customised Security Goods for AEC Electoral Events

The AEC is seeking a supplier for customised security goods and associated services to support national electoral events, by-elections, industrial elections and the maintenance of the Commonwealth electoral roll. The requirement covers specialised security goods such as ballot boxes, security seals, tamper-evident goods, transport and storage equipment and related election materials used across the AEC’s permanent offices, temporary election facilities and polling places throughout Australia. Goods supplied under any resulting agreement must be manufactured, stored and supplied in a manner that enables the AEC to perform its statutory functions and operational requirements, and the successful tenderer must provide the customised security goods and associated services detailed in Attachment B – AEC Security Product Specifications.
