Tender: Supply of Temporary Venue, Customer Service and Administration Staff for Greater Sydney Parklands

Greater Sydney Parklands (GSP) is seeking an employment agency to supply casual event, customer service, venue and administration staff for ad hoc requirements across its sports and recreation facilities, community and education programs, and casual events. The role includes providing Customer Service / Venue Officers for Sport and Recreation on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding public holidays) from 3:00pm to 9:45pm (6.75 hours per night / ~20.25 hours per week) for approximately 50 weeks per year; Administration Officers for Community and Education Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9:00am to 4:30pm (7.0 hours per day / 35 hours per week) for approximately 46 weeks per year; and casual administration and venue management staff as required. GSP will provide initial training, and the service provider must ensure all subsequently appointed personnel receive appropriate training. The provider must manage receipt, storage and distribution of GSP‑branded shirts and supply and maintain internet‑enabled electronic devices (tablet or similar) required to perform the work.
