About

Toowoomba Regional Council is seeking suitably qualified consultants for appointment to a preferred supplier arrangement (panel) for Flood Risk Management and Stormwater Services to provide specialist capability and capacity to support its in‑house staff in the planning and delivery of projects across the service categories described. The panel will enable the Council to efficiently engage consultants for supplementary resources, specialist expertise or independent professional advice for discrete projects, programs of work, technical investigations, modelling, strategic planning, policy development, peer review and other flood risk management or stormwater planning requirements.
