About

Scenic Rim Regional Council is seeking a supplier for the provision and deployment of a Venue, Event Management & Ticketing Platform to support its Cultural Services at Boonah Cultural Centre, The Centre Beaudesert and Vonda Youngman Community Centre (North Tamborine). The platform must support performances, exhibitions, workshops, school holiday programs and larger catered events at Boonah Cultural Centre and The Centre Beaudesert, and handle a high volume of small community hires, occasional larger events and mostly ticketed or registration-based school holiday programs at Vonda Youngman Community Centre. Suppliers must detail responses to requirements and provide proposed devices and costs in the supplied Excel workbook (Attachment C – SRRC_Cultural_Services_Venue_Management_&_Ticketing_Platform_Supplier_Response_Checklist.xlsx).
