About
Department of Justice and Community Safety awarded a contract to Whelan Master Builders for the construction and installation of a new gym building, storage shed and carport, together with associated external works such as covered walkways, a BBQ area, signage, flagpoles and roadworks.
The scope also incorporated installation of a diesel extraction system and integration with FRV’s building management system.
The contract bundled building works, external site works and MEP/system integration, indicating requirements for a contractor able to deliver both structural construction and mechanical/electrical system integration for emergency service infrastructure.
