About
SA Health awarded a contract to FTI Consulting for an implementation partnership to deliver a process improvement project for the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) Research Services Office (Contract ID: SAH2025-1222).
FTI Consulting worked with CALHN Research Services Office staff to map existing processes, identify improvements, articulate process measures, and implement enhancements using continuous process improvement methodologies aligned with the Safe and Connect operating model.
The engagement also provided upskilling and education to CALHN People and Culture staff to foster a values-based learning and improvement culture.
Commercial in confidence material and personal information were excluded from public disclosure as per approvals.
