About
Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development awarded a contract to Chang Transport & Scrap Metal Pty Ltd for the collection and removal of old fence wire, posts, and strainers from the State Barrier Fence (SBF) reserve, with disposal at an appropriate facility.
The work addressed materials left on the reserve after SBF rabbit netting had been replaced with 1350cm high “Ringlock,” which left residual materials posing environmental and safety risks.
